Deposits will arrive in the client's trading account within 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Suppose you deposit by Debit/credit card, but you haven't received the funds, while it's been over 30 minutes after the receipt shows "successful."

In that case, you might send the "trading account number" and the "transaction receipt" to  info@vtmarkets.com by using your registered email address.

Suppose you deposit by E-wallet-related methods, but you haven't received the funds, while it's been over 30 minutes after the receipt shows "successful."

In that case, you might send the "trading account number," "transaction receipt," "Payment ID," and "TXID" to info@vtmarkets.com by using your registered email address.

Please note, some deposit method such as Swift international bank transfer takes 3 to 7 business days for the fund to arrive.
