You will receive your login credentials to Client Portal if you failed to submit your ID and/or POA during registration.
However, you will not be able to access the full feature of Client Portal and trading account if your document is not uploaded and verified by us.
● You will be able to start depositing funds to your account after registration process is completed.
● Your trading account will be avaliable after your ID is verified.
● You will be able to withdraw your funds after your POA is verified.
