If you can't provide a valid document of your proof of address, you can submit it later. Valid Proof of address is required at the time of withdrawal.

If you do not have a valid proof of address under your name, you may submit a secondary photo ID, such as a copy of your Passport, Driving License, or National ID. One of these documents must show your residential address details.

However, it is important to note that if you don't have a valid proof of address you won't be able to submit your withdrawal request.
