If you are experiencing difficulties uploading your document in the Client Portal, please assure that the document is in one of the following formats:

● Image format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF (Maximum size: 16 MB)

● Video format: MP4, MOV (Maximum size: 20 MB)

If your file is met the above format requirement but the function still doesn't work, please clear the cache and try it again.
