If the withdrawal request is still in the early stage, you may manually cancel the request. Simply login to the Client Portal.
Click "Funds" > "Transaction History" > "Withdrawals" and click on the "Cancel" button. Please refer to the screenshot below for more details:
Please note that once your withdrawal request has been processed by the bank or financial institution, we may not be able to cancel it. To cancel the withdrawal request, please email your trading account number and withdrawal amount to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days to confirm whether your request can be cancelled.
