In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and our withdrawal policy, deposited funds must be withdrawn to the same source used for the initial deposit. If the deposit source is no longer available, we require the funds to be withdrawn to a bank account under the same name as your trading account.
To initiate a withdrawal via bank transfer, please follow these steps:
1. Obtain an official letter from the bank or card-issuing company stating that the card used for your initial deposit is no longer available. Alternatively, provide proof of deposit in the form of a bank or card statement showing your name and the transaction to VT Markets. Note that the official letter should be issued by the financial institution and cannot be in handwritten form.
2. Submit a withdrawal request via bank transfer from your Client Portal and upload a bank statement for the nominated bank account for identification purposes.
3. Once we verify the deposit and withdrawal details, we will process the withdrawal as soon as possible.
