This might be due to different scenarios:
1. Check if you have successfully logged in to your trading account. If it shows "invalid account", it means that you have used the wrong credentials to log in. If the "New Order" option is grayed out or you cannot find this option at all, it means either you are currently logged in with a read-only password or you have not logged in successfully.
2. If you have successfully logged in but are still unable to trade, please confirm whether the selected trading product has a suffix. A currency pair without a suffix is only used as a reference for the exchange rate of index products in different currencies. Therefore, trading is not possible.
3. Right-click the product and select "Specification" to check its trading hours.
4. Check if the current trading volume is too high or if you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the margin requirement.
