Currently, VT Markets does not offer a manual closure service for MT4 or MT5 trading accounts.
If you wish to discontinue using your account, you can withdraw or rebalance the funds to ensure that the balance is less than or equal to 0 (zero) account currency, and avoid logging in for 90 days. The system will automatically close the account once these conditions are met.
Similarly, for MT5 trading accounts, you can use the "Hide" function in your Client Portal to hide its data or remove the login record by right-clicking on the trading account number in the Navigator window and selecting "Delete".
