You may receive the daily statement if you have trading activity on that day. You will also receive the monthly statement. If you wish to manually retrieve your account statement, you can download it on Client Portal.
VT Markets will automatically send a monthly statement to your registered email every month.
To manually download the statement on the client portal, please head to the dashboard "Funds" > "Transaction History" > "Order History" and select your trading account, choose the time period > Click the"Export"
save the file to your device.

Export of completed trading orders under both the Archived and Live trading accounts.
❌ Not Supported
Deposit and withdrawal records
Dividend payouts.
Rollover, swap, or other non-trading-related fees.
Pending or open orders.
🕒 Data Update Frequency
The exportable data is updated once daily, based on End of Day (EOD) processing of the previous day.
For example: On June 25, you can export trading data up to and including June 24
📦 Export Limitations
Each export supports a maximum of 5,000 records per download.
If the data exceeds this limit, a system prompt will appear.
You can narrow the date range and download in multiple batches as needed.
You can obtain records for up to three months at one time. If you want to obtain records older than three months, please change your end date first.
