If your account has been inactive for a long period of time and has been archived, the account cannot be reactivated. If you wish to resume trading, simply log in to Client Portal with your original registered email, on the left side panel, click on Account > Open live accounts.
Additionally, if you already have an existing VT Markets live account, please note that you cannot sign up again using the same personal information. If you wish to resume trading, please refer to the steps provided above to open an additional account.
