Symbols without a suffix are for reference purposes only and cannot be traded. To trade forex pairs, gold, silver, or oil, ensure you select symbols with appropriate suffixes, such as Forex-VIP or Gold-STD.
1.Go to the 'Quotes' Tab:
In the Quotes tab, you will see a list of active symbols. Look for the ""+"" icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and tap on it.
A list of symbol categories (e.g., forex, commodities, indices) will appear. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the desired symbol.
Note: The suffix varies based on your account type (ECN/STD/VIP).

iOS:
Find the symbol you want to add and tap on it. Select ""Show"" (or the ""+"" sign next to the symbol). Once added, the symbol will appear in your Quotes list.
Android:
Locate the symbol you want to add and tap on it. It will automatically appear in your Quotes list.
A symbol without a suffix is only used as a reference for the exchange rate of index products using different currencies. Trading is not possible with these symbols.
Choose the symbols that have suffixes for the Forex pairs, gold, silver, and oil such as AUDCAD-VIP, AUDCAD-ECN,XAUUSD-STD etc.
Additional Tips:
1. Greyed-out symbols without suffixes are used solely for reference (e.g., exchange rates for index products) and cannot be traded.
2. If a symbol is not visible, it may not be available for your account type or market access provided by VT Markets.
3. Cryptocurrency-related symbols are not displayed in demo accounts.
