To optimise performance, closed trades older than 14 days are automatically archived. These trades will no longer appear in your MT4 account history after that period.
Important notes:
- This applies to trade history only — deposit and withdrawal records remain fully accessible.
- Daily account statements will continue to show all past trade data.
- Monthly statements generated after archiving may not include older trades, but full records are always available upon request.
If you need access to archived trades, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Full name
- Account number
- Trade date
- MT4 server name
