If the system keeps showing ""Invalid authenticator code"" when entering the Authentication code, please try the following methods:
1. OTP code invalid
Please ensure you have entered the correct OTP code from your Google/Microsoft Authenticator. The OTP code on your Authenticator app changes every 30 seconds.
2. Refresh your browser page or try using incognito mode.
3. Failed to enable 2FA
If you exit during the enabling process or experience network delays or failures, it may prevent successful activation. If the ""Security Authenticator app"" status shows as ""Unverified"", follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Reminder: Each 2FA account in your Authenticator app is independent. If you need to restart or create a new binding, please remove the existing VT Markets 2FA account from your Authenticator app before proceeding.
1. Remove the existing VT Markets 2FA account from your device's authenticator app.
2. Use the Authenticator app to scan the latest QR code or enter the setup key from the Client Portal page to add a new VT Markets 2FA account.
3. Enter the latest 2FA code shown on your Authenticator app to complete the enabling process.
