If the system keeps showing ""Invalid authenticator code"" when entering the Authentication code, please try the following methods:
1. OTP code invalid
Please ensure you have entered the correct OTP code from your Google/Microsoft Authenticator. The OTP code on your Authenticator app changes every 30 seconds.
2. Synchronisation time:
For systems running on iOS, set your phone’s time zone to Set Automatically. If the issue continues, try setting the time zone manually to (UTC±1).
For systems running on Android, use the Time correction for codes option in Google Authenticator to sync the time used for generating the verification code.
3. Refresh your browser page or try using incognito mode.
4. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
5. Try using the VT app again.
