Your account residential address is based on the information provided in your Proof of Address (POA) document.
Depending on the status of your account verification, there are different ways to change your residential address:
1. If your account verification is not yet complete, any typos in the address will be corrected by the relevant department during the verification process. You will be notified by email once the POA verification is complete.
2. If your address verification is completed and you need to update your residential address, please send an email to info@vtmarkets.com using your registered email. Attach your new POA document and put "New POA document for address change" as the email subject. The relevant department will review and process your request.
