1. Your full name
2. Reason for change/reset
3. Original email address or phone number (Exclude if you're reset 2FA)
4. New email address or phone number (Exclude if you're reset 2FA)
5. Front side of the ID document
6. Selfie of you holding the ID document (with ID details clearly visible)
Once we receive your request and verify your document, we will update your information. Please note that this process may take 1-3 business days.
Note:
1. As an enhanced security measure to safeguard your funds, the withdrawal function will only be accessible to you 48 hours after the information is successfully changed. For more detailed information, please refer to the pop-up message on the withdrawal page in the Client Portal.
2. After your phone number has been changed, your VT Markets app will unbind the old phone number within one business day. Please bind the new phone number when you log in to the VT Markets app.
3. After successfully updating the registered email, the original login password can no longer be used to access the client portal or the VT Markets app. Please reset the login password.
